The village has many shops, pubs and restaurants and is only a short drive from the Norfolk Broads and many of the other local attractions in the area including the Poppy Line steam railway, Felbrigg Hall, Wroxham and Norwich.

Sea View is a first floor apartment reached via one set of stairs. Entrance into a hallway with a bright and spacious sitting/dining room with sea view. Off this room is the well equipped kitchen with an electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and sea view.
